Warranty Statement
B&A Trailers warrants to the original purchaser that each new trailer manufactured by B&A Trailers will be free from defects in materials and workmanship as limited and defined by the warranty periods and coverage set forth below, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations contained in this warranty.
This warranty applies only to trailers purchased new and used under normal service and operating conditions.
Warranty Periods
Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and is defined as follows:
Frame Warranty
The steel frame and main structural components of the trailer are warranted against defects in materials and structural workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.
Axle Warranty
Axles and axle-related components are warranted by Dexter Axle. All axle warranty claims are subject to the axle manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and approval process. B&A Trailers does not provide axle coverage beyond facilitating the claim process when applicable.
LED Light Warranty
Buyers Products Company warranties all DOT LED lighting products to the original owner against defects in workmanship and material for the lifetime of the product, unless otherwise specified. All LED light warranty claims are subject to review by Buyers Products Company, which reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price of the product at its discretion.
This warranty shall be void in cases of misuse, severe abuse, or failure to properly install the light. The following are not covered under the LED light warranty:
Workmanship Warranty
All remaining components and workmanship manufactured by B&A Trailers, not otherwise covered above, are warranted against defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.
This workmanship warranty does not extend to or apply to the trailer frame beyond the Frame Warranty stated above.
Warranty Coverage Exclusions
Normal wear items are not covered and will not be replaced due to wear, deterioration, or normal use.
B&A Trailers makes no warranty on components not manufactured by B&A Trailers, including but not limited to:
These items are warranted solely by their respective manufacturers.
Limitations of Liability
The sole responsibility of B&A Trailers under this limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at the discretion of B&A Trailers.

B&A Trailers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
No reimbursement will be made for repairs or adjustments without prior written authorization from B&A Trailers.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty shall be void if damage or failure results from:
Any modification, alteration, or repair performed without prior written consent from B&A Trailers will void this warranty in its entirety.
Transportation Costs Excluded
All transportation, towing, shipping, or freight costs associated with warranty inspection or repair are the sole responsibility of the trailer owner.
B&A Trailers shall not be responsible for any such costs.
Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
No person, including authorized B&A Trailers dealers, employees, or representatives, is authorized to make any warranties, representations, or guarantees on behalf of B&A Trailers other than those expressly stated in this document.
Owner and Dealer Responsibilities
The owner or selling dealer is responsible for submitting any warranty claim to B&A Trailers in accordance with the procedures outlined below.
Warranty Claim Procedure
Inspection Requirement
Within five (5) business days of discovering a defect, the trailer must be presented to B&A Trailers or the selling B&A Trailers dealer for inspection.
Claim Submission
If the issue cannot be resolved by the dealer, a warranty claim must be submitted within five (5) business days of defect discovery, including all required documentation.
Acknowledgment
B&A Trailers will acknowledge receipt of the warranty claim by phone or email and will respond as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than five (5) business days after receipt.
Return of Defective Parts
Defective parts must be returned freight prepaid to B&A Trailers for evaluation. B&A Trailers reserves the right to deny reimbursement for unauthorized or unreasonable repair costs.

Photographs of defective parts and/or the actual parts may be required prior to claim approval or reimbursement.
Exclusive Warranty
B&A TRAILERS MAKES NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. No warranties extend beyond those expressly stated herein.
Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, the state in which B&A Trailers is incorporated.
